Encryptr enables you to keep your passwords, credit card details and other sensitive pieces of information locked in a secure vault. The application offers high levels of encryption for your data, as well as a well designed user interface and comfortable controls, so you may protect your valuable information without any effort. Furthermore, Encryptr is available for OS X, Windows, LInux and Android and it can make your data available on all of these platforms.

When you launch Encryptr, you will be greeted by a small user interface, on which you may create a user account or sign into an existing one. Regardless of your choice, the registration stage should take only a few seconds. Once you are signed in, you can start creating data entries, for passwords, credit cards and for miscellaneous information. All you have to do is hit a Plus icon, in the upper right corner of the window, choose an entry type and fill in a series of input fields.

Apart from an entry's label and type, the application won't display any kind of contained information, until you open that entry. While viewing your previously saved information, you may click individual fields and hold down the mouse button, to copy the information to the clipboard. This is particularly useful when you need to login into an account, because it relieves you from typing your password, thus minimizing any chances of your password being stolen by a keylogger.

The application's cloud-based functionality brings other advantages to the table. For example, if you have Encryptr installed on multiple devices, the application will automatically synchronize all your database entries between all devices. Furthermore, the developer's zero-knowledge policy and the fact that Encryptr uses third party cloud services ensures that your private data will stay safe in any situation.

Pros

Encryptr's functionality is straight forward and easy to understand. Database entries can be created and managed without any effort. The application can store your data in the cloud and it can also synchronize it between different devices.

Cons

A password generator and a field auto-completion feature would be more than welcomed in future versions. A powerful encryption protocol for your personal data and the possibility of accessing this data from various devices is exactly what you can expect from Encryptr.
